When doing many Wii Fit exercises, its necessary to put down the wiimote, pick it up, and put it down again. The Wiitality solves the problem of having to hold your wiimote in your hand while doing many wii fit exercises, including many Yoga, Strength, and Aerobic exercises. As an additional benefit, it leaves both hands free to hold matching hand weights. One size fits all, thanks to convenient velcro fasteners.
